"I started working with Amy when I was 15 weeks pregnant.  As this is my first baby I’ve been keen to keep active but was quite worried as to how much exercise was the right amount to do, how much weight I should be gaining, what sorts of foods I could eat etc. etc.

She has been absolutely brilliant throughout! My programmes have changed with my pregnancy so they’re challenging but not unrealistic – it helps that she’s had recent experience herself, which I found very reassuring.

Beyond this, she’s also offered me advice on how to adjust my diet to make sure I’m getting everything I need to keep my energy up.  9 weeks and counting until my due date (arggh!) and I feel great, I have loads of energy and still feel physically fit, which has helped give me confidence about what lies ahead.
